Our tasty Old South Pecan Brittle is made from scratch, the old fashioned way. In small copper kettles, we hand-stir the brittle until it is the right consistency, fold in lots of pecan halves, and pieces, and then pour the brittle out on marble tables to cool. The result is glorious - yummy pecan brittle that is light and crunchy, never tough and sticky. Available in 2 sizes of gift tins: Regular (1 lb. 4 oz.) and Medium (2 lbs. 5 oz.)
